Back in the day, wa-aay back, William Faulkner was working in Hollywood for MGM, toiling at screenplays. One day he asked the MGM head if, instead of coming to the studio, it would be okay to work from home. The executive agreed, and Faulkner walked off the lot. A couple of days later, they tried to reach him at his Hollywood apartment. No luck. He was in fact working from home. He'd gone back to Mississippi.
With much gratitude ---
Home from home. ---
This bookshop possesses great artistry. Harvey & Louis are raconteurs, bon vivants & bookmen of the highest element.
Mystery Pier Books is like the most wonderful museum, except you get to buy the exhibits.
From the moment I walked through the door, I found magic on the shelves of Mystery Pier Books ---
Mystery Pier has single-handedly turned me into a collector of First Editions -- If I'm lying I'm flying!!! This bookshop possesses great artistry. Harvey & Louis are raconteurs, bon vivant & bookmen of the highest element ---
