The famed 19th century writer Honore de Balzac was a bit of a whack job. First of all, he lived in a hovel without any furniture and without heat. But what he did for interior decorating was this: He wrote on each wall what he wanted to see there. On one he wrote "Rosewood paneling with commode,' and on another: "Gobelin tapestry with Venetian mirror."
He also told all his friends that when having sex he would never ejaculate out of fear it would sap his creative energy. So he never allowed himself orgasm -- except, as he said, one time. And that was totally accidental. As he told his friends afterwards, "Last night I have lost a novel!"
Mystery Pier has single-handedly turned me into a collector of First Editions -- If I'm lying I'm flying!!! This bookshop possesses great artistry. Harvey & Louis are raconteurs, bon vivant & bookmen of the highest element ---
