First American Edition of this work about which precedence is uncertain between this and the British printing. This was the first collaboration between Stevenson and his stepson. Basis for Bryan Forbes' 1966 film starring Michael Caine, John Mills, Ralph Richardson and Peter Sellers. A very near fine copy housed in a matching custom clamshell box.
